AmbiLogic Pty Ltd (AmbiLogic) may obtain and store personal information as part of an authorization to download information or software from the AmbiLogic website, or in consequence of a contract to supply hardware or software.

AmbiLogic undertakes to keep this information safe and will not release it to any third party unless compelled by law.  AmbiLogic undertakes to advise you if your personal information is being released under such legal compulsion, provided that such advice is permitted by law.

AmbiLogic will use this personal information only for the purposes of advising you of AmbiLogic product updates or announcements or providing you with relevant technical information about products supplied to you by AmbiLogic.   AmbiLogic will refrain from providing such information if you so request.

You are welcome to ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, and we will permanently erase such information if you ask us to.  We reserve the right to make a charge for the supply of information.
